The Bitchin’ Bowl

It’s simple. It’s easy, and most importantly it’s Bitchin’. This is the go-to staple for all of us at Bitchin’ Inc. after a long day of being super Bitchin’.


In order to go bowls out, you will need the following ingredients:

2 Cups Brown Rice or quinoa
1 Can Black Beans (drained)
1 Tub of your favorite flavor Bitchin’ Sauce
1/2 Red Cabbage – finely shredded
3 ripe tomatoes – diced
2 ripe avocados
1 jalapeno – sliced
4 green onions – chopped
1 bunch cilantro – chopped

Bring 2 cups of rice and 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium sauce pan with a lid. Allow to boil uncovered until prominent holes appear in the cooking rice. Turn the burner to low and cover. Continue to cook for 12 minutes then remove from heat.

Put drained black beans in a medium pan and add water to cover beans completely. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes, then remove from heat.

Wash and shred, dice, chop all of your Bitchin’ veggies assemble all ingredients layered in a bowl. Then scarf!

Bowls are a great build-your-own meal, but if you have a crowd – say, for a BIG GAME – you can make a mega bowl to feed the masses.

Layer all the same Bitchin’ bowl ingredients (maybe no cabbage, it doesn’t dip well) and serve with Bitchin’ Chips. This healthier version of the traditional 6-layer dip is a Bitchin’ game changer.

Remember, it’s NOT Bitchin’ to be double-dippin’.

The Bitchin’ Benedict

The Bitchin’ Benny is an egg-cellent way to make your morning all fancy and Bitchin’.

Benny Ingredients

It’s easy. All you need is:

English Muffins (1 per person, though we find a half is usually just right for our morning bellies)

Eggs (1-2 per person)

Bacon (Optional)



Bitchin’ Sauce (the flav of your choice, we suggest Pesto the Besto on this Benny)


Here’s how to build it:

Toast English muffin golden brown and slap a pat of butter on there (butter optional, but then you ought to ask yourself why you are slapping a muffin).

Place a few slices of fresh tomato on top of the muffin.

Add some fresh avo to the top of the tomato.


Cook up some Bitchin’ bacon to your liking and place over the avo.

Poach an egg and place on top of bacon.

Put a healthy dollop of Pesto “The Besto” Bitchin’ Sauce on top of that eggy.

Garnish with fresh basil.

And SCARF! Mmm…Bitchin’!
